The
fact that a Formartine Area Committee Hearing on Mains of Cairnbrogie
Wind Turbines app. had been organized on the same night as our
established date was noted. Both Area Manager and FAC Chair are fully
aware of TCC dates.

Inspector
Pratt reported that things were quiet in the area with vandalism at a
7 year low. Some motorists had been caught speeding in Craigdam and
monitoring would continue; - Barthol Chapel would be surveyed later in
year. He also warned of fraudulent letters which were circulating.

Avenue FPP for 12 Dwellinghouses - Issues
identified being lack of car parking due to addition of an unnecessary
"home zone" and trees. Trees need to be removed from old
village boundary before houses are started and energy efficiency
should be built into design. Play area needs to be included.
