DOUGAN (Inverurie) Suddenly at ARI, on Saturday, August 3, 2013, Elsie, in her 90th year. (formerly of Tarves). Beloved wife of the late Morrison Dougan. Dear mum of Jane and the late Risdon. A loving granny and great-granny. A celebration of Elsie’s life will be held at Aberdeen Crematorium, East Chapel, on Tuesday, August 13, at 10.50 a.m. All friends respectfully invited.
