Come along and learn the nutrition of wild and foraged foods. An interesting and fun day learning what nutrients are in foraged plants, led by Eleanor Brown and Natasha Lloyd BSc NIMH AOF. Eleanor has many years experience of foraging from the local area and creating interesting and tasty condiments from the plants she finds. Natasha is a Medical Herbalist and member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and a member of the Association of Foragers. She has many years experience of foraging and making medicine from the wild.
The day will be split into two sessions with a tasty herb lunch in between. The first session will be learning and watching some practical demonstrations. The second half will be a herb walk around Pitmedden’s excellent Herb Garden and the woods surrounding the Garden.
