Scotia Homes have submitted a planning application for 113 homes at the South West end of the village (Duthie Road/Bull Road) on the site identified as OP1. The closing date for public comment is Thursday 19th July 2018.
To enable our residents to make an informed judgement on the proposed development Tarves Community Council are organising a display of the plans and drawings at the The Aberdeen Arms on Thursday 12th July between 7pm and 9pm.
