It was a great night on Wednesday 17th February at Ellon Rotary Club, for Tarves man Dr Norman Cooper as the club and guests celebrated his 50 years of service to Rotary. Norman has shown us all with his tireless work what “Service above self” actually means. The presentation was made by Norman’s ex neighbour in Tarves Past President Donny Chisholm.
