Bonfire is on Sunday 9th November at the Glebe, Tarves. Bonfire lit 6pm.

Any bonfire fodder can be taken along to the pile before Sunday.

Please also make sure anything you do take along is SAFE and LEGAL to be burnt. Old wood, bushes, tree trimmings etc. NO TYRES. Thank you.

Carol Concerts at Haddo 2014

Tickets go on sale TODAY for the famous HHCOS Carol Concerts in the Chapel at Haddo.

Sunday 14th December at 2.00pm and 4.00pm
Saturday 20th December at 2.00pm and 4.00pm

Refreshments ( tea, coffee or sherry with mince pies and shortbread) served in the beautiful library at Haddo House after each performance.

FAIRTRADE OPEN HOUSE AT BONNYTON FARMHOUSE, 5th-9th NOVEMBER 2014

This wonderful Open House event by Anne and Richard Aspden at Bonnyton Farmhouse, at the end of Bonnyton Road, Pitmedden is back again this year. The huge array of ethical goods and crafts. Clothes, toys, gift crafts and decorations as well as fairtrade foods are all available.

CHRISTMAS EXHIBITION

9 November to 22 December, 2014

Christmas is coming and we are delighted to present our annual exhibition of Original Prints, Sculpture, Ceramics, Wood, Glass and Jewellery. If you can make it, do come to the opening on Sunday 9 November between 2 pm and 5 pm.  If you cannot make it on Sunday, the exhibition continues for six weeks until Sunday 21 December.

THE MCC SPORTING DINNER – 15th NOV at METHLICK

Its that time again…the social event for the lovers of leather on willow. Methlick Cricket Club’s Sporting Dinner. The Beaton Hall, in Methlick is the venue for the premier local cricket club – the MCC – and its annual munchies. This year its guest speaker, comic and reconteur, Andy Cameron who will entertain the guests. Get your ticket from the usual suspects; or at the Ythanview Hotel, Methlick. Saturday 15th November.
